This Shipping Policy explains how we manage the delivery of digital and physical items purchased through our website.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Method:
All digital items, such as e-tickets or digital downloads, are delivered via email.
Processing Time:
Digital items are sent within 24 hours of purchase.
Format:
Items are delivered in PDF or digital format and can be presented electronically or printed.
If you don’t receive your digital item:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Contact us at support@sharkcleaner.com if it is still missing
- Lost or deleted digital items can be resent upon request
3. Physical Product Shipping
If you purchase physical merchandise, such as cleaning products, accessories, or vacuum cleaner-related items, the following conditions apply:

Delivery Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method
- Free shipping may apply during promotions or above certain order thresholds
4. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within Australia.
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes for selected courier services
- International destinations
If your address falls within a restricted area, you will be notified at checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You may track your package using:
- The tracking link provided in your email
- The carrier’s official website
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or stolen packages:
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, contact us immediately
- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
Damaged items:
If you receive a damaged item:
- Email support@sharkcleaner.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and a brief description of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable

Need to modify an order?
Email support@sharkcleaner.com as soon as possible.
We can only modify orders before they have been shipped.
